Five random things...you may not have known about me

I haven't really blogged that much lately. So here is something to dust off the ole blog with.



Five random facts about me:

• I have an addiction to storage containers. I love them. I buy more than what I need and sometimes, find myself thinking about what else in my apartment I can put in storage containers. I've heard about a store called, The Container Store. I have never been there. I'm afraid to go. It is a distinct possibility that I may never come out. For real. I'd be the smelly old lady who slowly walks the aisles with a cart full of plastic happiness.


• I have to mop every Sunday. Sunday is mopping day. I cannot do it on Monday or Saturday. It must be Sunday. If I am too busy on Sunday, I will wait until the following Sunday to mop. Yes, I realize I have issues.


• I snore. Some of you already know this. Most of you don't. I have a variety of "snores." I can range from what Kem likes to call the "pug snore" to full out give-a-lumberjack-sawing-logs-a-run-for-his-money type of snore. You know, the kind where if there is someone else in the room [or possibly even within a one mile radius], they may be tempted to smother me with a pillow. I'm not proud of it. It is just the way it is. I blame genetics.


• I knead my feet before I go to sleep. I'm sort of like a cat. And I can do it at a high rate of speed and for an infinite amount of time. But alas, I do not purr while kneading. THAT would just be weird.


• I re-read books. And for most of you, "re-read" means like twice. My definition is more like 6 or 7 times. There are a couple of series of books that I have read 6 times each. You may think I need to branch out a bit. You are probably right. But...books are like old friends. And yes, if the book is sad...I will cry every single time I read it. What can I say, I'm just a sensitive girl. :)

I am quite aware that the more posts I do with random facts about me, the more weird and insane I appear to be. I'm okay with that. Bonus Random Fact: I consider all oddities all a part of my "charm" and am completely comfortable being the "weird one" of the group. :)
